Its LocTek pop-up frame, cross-supporting solid fibreglass poles and supporting guy lines help you create a defined outdoor seating area with less exposure to the breeze.

A more sheltered spot to relax outdoors

Set out your camping chairs, make a morning coffee and enjoy a more sheltered corner of your pitch. The four-panel design provides a fabric barrier around your seating area, whether you are camping, spending a day fishing or setting up a base for a beach trip.

At 15kg, the Blackthorn 4.0 is a substantial windbreak rather than a lightweight option. Check the weight and packed size against your vehicle space and how far you will need to carry it.

LocTek pop-up frame

The LocTek design makes setup straightforward, using cross-supporting solid fibreglass poles and supporting guy lines to help secure the frame. Position and anchor the windbreak carefully to suit the ground and weather conditions, following Holawild’s setup instructions.

150 Denier Poly Oxford fabric

The fabric has a 6,000mm hydrostatic head rating, describing its resistance to water penetration. Combined with the heavy-duty pole system, it creates a substantial outdoor barrier. This is an open windbreak, not an enclosed rain shelter, and the fabric rating is not a wind-speed rating.

Key features and specifications

Model: Holawild Blackthorn 4.0

Product type: four-panel pop-up windbreak

Overall span: 560cm

Height: 140cm

Frame: LocTek pop-up design

Poles: cross-supporting solid fibreglass

Supporting guy lines: included

Fabric: 150 Denier Poly Oxford

Fabric hydrostatic head: 6,000mm

Packed size: 102 × 18 × 18cm

Weight: 15kg

Product code: HA-0380

Frequently asked questions

How big is the Holawild Blackthorn 4.0 windbreak?

It has four panels with an overall span of 560cm and a height of 140cm.
