Cadac Pizza Stone Large 42cm
I’m a fan of the versatility of the Cadac and have lots of different accessories for our Carrichef 2. The pizza stone is fantastic once you know how best to use it, which isn’t necessarily what the instructions say! We have found we get the best results by placing the stone on top of the chef pan, rather than directly on the heat. Google reviews and guidance says to do that, and it does prevent a burnt bottom. Once you get the hang of it though (I recommend googling it first like I did and having a practice run at home first) it’s brilliant when used at the campsite with some ready rolled dough, a bag of grated mozzarella, a can of passatta and whatever toppings you fancy. 15-20 minutes later you have a huge delicious pizza! We upgraded to the larger stone after finding that the 32” one only really cooked a large enough pizza for one person at a time.
