In store - Simply take evidence of the lower price into our shop, and we will match this price for you, This can be, for example, a copy of a current advert, or a reference to a current web page that the team can use to verify the price based on the Terms & Conditions below. The more information you can provide the quicker and easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and give you the best price possible.

Terms and Conditions of Our Price Match Promise

• Competitors Price must include VAT and any delivery charges where applicable.
• Products being price matched must be identical product brand and model.
• Price match is applicable against any UK online store competitor to Newquay Camping Shop but excludes Amazon, Amazon Market Place, auction sites (e.g. Ebay) and private sales.
• We must be able to verify the offer with the competitor before matching the price. So please provide details in form of a URL link to the product offer by email.
• Our price matches are at the discretion of the company and are not enforceable.
• We reserve the right to withdraw our price match at any time.
• We are unable to price match if being delivered outside of the UK.
• Price matches can only be agreed prior to dispatch from our store. We will not except price match queries retrospectively.
