Details
A flexible tunnel design, the Easy Camp Wimberly Drive Away Awning has pre-angled fibreglass poles plus interior steel poles for stability, front canopy support and tent fabric tension. With standing headroom, five curtained windows, rear double and a front door, large air vents plus a full-size toggle-up groundsheet, it’s a very practical awning. Optional extras include a two person inner tent which can be attached on either side of the tent.

Amazing experience
Original item was damaged (manufacturing fault) and Newquay Camping Shop had it replaced and shipped to me really quickly. Their communication throughout was fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Awful
Not received item, manager insists that this is my fault that it has not been delivered to my address and was very abrupt on the phone. Try to get hold of the shop and always told that the manager is busy. Ring camera shows no parcel was delivered, i didn't sign for the parcel, there is no photo that the parcel has been left on my door step. First i was told that the parcel was left in my garage or outside shed; i do not have either. Then i was told that it was left near the gate near a Sainsbury's, there is no Sainsbury's near my address. Then i was told that it was left with someone other than myself, Is it my fault that the parcel via parcel force was not delivered directly to me? They are at fault but you are blaming the customer who has lost money. This company do not have any customer service skills, the manager is awol and staff will say that he's not there and then you will get an email from him. I would advise anyone to look further a field and do not buy from this store because god forbid that your parcel does not turn up at your address, the manager will hold you at fault and not the delivery driver and then ignore you when chase it up. It’s the seller’s responsibility to make sure the item arrives as promised. If your item fails to show, they should chase the delivery company to find out what’s happened. So the law states - If you are advised that the item is 'lost', the retailer is legally responsible for either re-arranging delivery or giving you a full refund. I will not be bullied or made to feel intimidated by the manager of this store, he has tried to push the blame onto me and this is unfair conduct.
