Details
The Einstein 400 is NEBO's compact rechargeable headlamp, putting out up to 400 lumens from a profile slim enough not to feel bulky on a long evening walk. A focused spotlight beam covers distance, while a wide flood beam lights up close work like setting up camp or finding something at the bottom of a bag, and a low-output red mode preserves night vision when you don't want to dazzle yourself or anyone else.
It charges via USB, so there are no batteries to replace, and a full charge gets you up to 8 hours of use depending on which mode you're running.
Light Modes
- Spotlight — Turbo (400 lumens): 35 second bursts / 133m beam distance
- Spotlight — High (250 lumens): 45 minutes / 104m beam distance
- Spotlight — Low (50 lumens): 1.75 hours / 52m beam distance
- COB Flood Light (100 lumens): 1.5 hours / 14m beam distance

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the battery last?
Runtime depends on the mode — 35 second bursts on Turbo, up to 8 hours on the red COB setting. The high spotlight setting gives roughly 45 minutes.
What's the difference between the spotlight and flood light?
The spotlight is a focused beam for distance, useful for walking or scanning further away. The COB flood light spreads wider for close-range tasks like setting up a tent.
Why is there a red light mode?
The red COB mode is lower output and designed to preserve night vision, so it's less disruptive to yourself or others in the dark.
How do I charge it?
It charges via the included Micro USB to USB cable from any standard USB power source.
