Arrived with defective stitching, no help offered

Ball arrived with broken stitching, emailed immediatly on arrival to notify the store and see how they wanted to resolve the situation, no reply. e-mailed again few days later, no reply. Opened a Paypal dispute, again no reply. Either their email is broken or they don't give a monkeys about customer service!
