I used the mat on top of a camp bed. It made for a much more comfortable nights’ sleep and worked just as the video showed. It retained the desired air level and was reasonably easy to pack away into the roomy carrybag

United KingdomVery comfortable. 10cm might prove more comfortable but would be more expensive, bigger and heavier when rolled up. But quite happy with the 7.5. Self inflates very quickly and has not needed any extra puffs. Flip valve is excellent, and using it to stop any deflation when rolling up is a boon, but had to watch a video on PC to fully understand how it works.
