Self-inflating mat
We haven’t used them yet - that will happen this weekend, but we checked we knew how they worked yesterday. This was just as well, because there are no instructions with them! Luckily, my husband found your YouTube video, which is very, very good. The labels on the valve are not clear, so seeing how it works helps such a lot!

I used the mat on top of a camp bed. It made for a much more comfortable nights’ sleep and worked just as the video showed. It retained the desired air level and was reasonably easy to pack away into the roomy carrybag

Very comfortable, easy to inflate and deflate. nice design

Very comfortable. 10cm might prove more comfortable but would be more expensive, bigger and heavier when rolled up. But quite happy with the 7.5. Self inflates very quickly and has not needed any extra puffs. Flip valve is excellent, and using it to stop any deflation when rolling up is a boon, but had to watch a video on PC to fully understand how it works.
