I can’t say as I’ve ever used these for tapas, but they are great for cooking eggs with your fry up (particularly if cooking on a slight slope as it stops your eggs sliding to the lowest part of the pan), heating an individual portion of beans, or making scrambled egg etc. Like a mini frying pan/sauce pan but for the cadac. We use ours directly on top of the chef pan. Very easy to clean due to their non-stick coating, but don’t use sharp utensils on them for that reason.
