The AirTek Machu Picchu D.A. Medium – (available in our popular Khaki colour, and our Grey colour) represents the next step in premium touring comfort. Inspired by the proportions and refined design of the Machu Picchu M, this larger drive-away awning delivers expanded living space while retaining the simplicity and strength that define the Machu range. Engineered for campervan adventurers who demand more room without unnecessary complexity, the D.A. Medium creates a spacious, open-plan environment ideal for dining, relaxing or storing touring essentials. Whether used for weekend escapes or extended road trips, it offers the flexibility and confidence needed for modern van life.

Spacious, Stand-Up Touring Comfort With generous internal head height and an extended footprint compared to the D.A. Small, the Medium provides noticeably increased living space. The upright cabin profile allows you to stand comfortably throughout, while large panoramic windows flood the interior with natural light. Zipped privacy blinds and integrated mesh panels give you full control over airflow and discretion, adapting effortlessly to changing weather conditions. The result is a bright, airy space that feels more like a touring lounge than a traditional awning.

Built with Aqua Cotton Performance Constructed from our high-performance 215gsm Aqua Cotton, a hydrophobic polycotton blend, the D.A. Medium offers enhanced waterproof protection compared to standard polycotton fabrics while maintaining superior breathability. With a 4500HH waterproof rating, it performs reliably in prolonged rain while helping to reduce internal condensation in warmer or mixed conditions. This advanced fabric ensures durability without sacrificing comfort, making it ideal for UK and European touring environments.

Advanced DURA-Air Single Point Inflation At the core of the Machu Picchu D.A. Medium is our high-pressure DURA-Air tube system (patent-pending GB2519763.3). Featuring true single-point inflation, the entire structure can be pitched quickly and evenly from one valve, allowing one person to erect the awning in just minutes. Independently tested to be over 200% stronger than standard TPU inflatable systems, DURA-Air tubes provide exceptional structural rigidity and long-term durability. A built-in pressure release valve protects the air frame from over-inflation caused by pumping or temperature changes, ensuring reliable performance in all climates. Deflation is equally straightforward, making pack-down efficient and stress-free.

Touring Freedom Without Compromise The secure drive-away tunnel system allows you to disconnect your campervan while leaving the awning pitched in place. This means you can explore local destinations without dismantling your living space, returning to a fully set-up basecamp at the end of the day. Reinforced pegging points and storm strap compatibility provide added stability in unpredictable weather, giving you confidence wherever you travel.

Designed Around Real Touring Needs Every detail of the Machu Picchu D.A. Medium has been refined to balance space, strength and usability. It builds upon the Machu Picchu M platform while adapting it specifically for campervan integration. More space than the Small. More touring flexibility. The same uncompromising Machu performance.

Engineered for performance. Designed for adventure. Built the Holawild way.
