Poor - back in packaging awaiting return guidance. Pockets all wonky and misaligned, too badly made for gifts. Have emailed and phoned but still awaiting response. Very frustrating.

I haven't recieved this item. My email confirmation did not state that it was a pre order. Instead that my order was 'recieved and getting ready to be shipped' I emailed about 2 weeks later to check on its whereabouts and was informed this was a pre order and would be sent when they were in stock. Perhaps I missed this on the site but it was not the clearest if so Definitely not written in my email confirmation. A month after ordering I received another email telling me my order had been refunded. I only recieved an explanation for this when I emailed to ask. Apparently it was due to my location and needing to pay more shipping fees. Had the company raised this with me beforehand I would have happily paid more. Instead my order was cancelled and I am still awaiting the money to be lodged back into my account. Won't be using this site again.
