We have noticed in store that more and more campers do not want to use gas, the Scran griddle plate  means that you can cook a variety of meats and vegetables at the same time, making it ideal for dinner parties and family meals. You will notice the Scran is very similar to the Teppanyaki grills but this has the added bonus of ribbed section on this as well as the flat cooking surface.
