How the Carri Chef System Works
All Carri Chef BBQs are built on the same modular principle: a single high-output burner with a drop-in cooking surface system. Swap between a BBQ grid, plancha, paella pan, or braai plate depending on what you're cooking. The porcelain-enamelled dome lid with integrated thermometer turns the whole unit into a kettle BBQ for roasting and indirect cooking.
