The Vango Sharngi La Self inflating mats have been designed for comfort and ease of use, and boy have Vango done a great job with this SIM (self-inflating mat). The single Shangri la mattress inflates in roughly 30 seconds and the doubles just over a minute depending on what thickness mat you choose.

Once you Have inflating the Shangri La Mats
Once you have inflate your Vango Shangra La 15cm Grande Mat, you can then choose how firm you would like it. If you prefer it a little firmer just put the valve to the inflate mode give it a couple of quick puffs and this will firm the mat For you, or if you are the opposite and like it a little softer put the valve to deflate and let a little air out so the bed is comfy for you.
