Trevedra Farm sits on the clifftops near St Just at the far western tip of Cornwall — one of the most dramatic and remote parts of the county. Beaches

• Sennen Cove — around 10 minutes from Trevedra. A long arc of white sand with excellent surf, a surf school, and a brilliant beach café. One of the best beaches in Cornwall.
• Porthcurno — around 20 minutes. A stunning turquoise cove with crystal-clear water and the Minack Theatre on the clifftop above. One of the most beautiful beaches in the county.
• Cape Cornwall — a short walk from Trevedra. A small, dramatic beach at the foot of the only cape in England. Worth the walk for the views alone.
• Gwynver Beach — a quieter alternative to Sennen, just north of Sennen Cove. Excellent surf and far fewer people.

Walking

The South West Coast Path passes close to Trevedra and the Penwith section is among the most dramatic in Cornwall. The walk from Cape Cornwall to Sennen Cove is outstanding — around 5 miles with spectacular Atlantic views throughout. The inland Penwith moors are dotted with ancient standing stones, quoits, and fogous — Chun Quoit and Lanyon Quoit are both within easy reach.

Attractions

• Land's End — around 10 minutes from Trevedra. The most westerly point of mainland England. The visitor attraction is commercial but the clifftop views are genuinely spectacular.
• Minack Theatre, Porthcurno — an open-air theatre carved into the clifftop above Porthcurno Beach. Performances run throughout summer — book well ahead. Even without a performance, the theatre itself is worth visiting.
• St Just town — a short drive from the site. A working Cornish town with a good pub, a bakery, and the fascinating Geevor Tin Mine museum nearby.
• Geevor Tin Mine, Pendeen — a well-preserved former tin mine with underground tours. Excellent for families and anyone interested in Cornwall's industrial history.
• St Michael's Mount, Marazion — around 30 minutes from Trevedra. A tidal island with a medieval castle accessible on foot at low tide. One of Cornwall's most iconic sights.
